As the management company for the Food & Shops at LaGuardia’s Central Terminal Building, MarketPlace Development takes the issue of customer service very seriously.
Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding experience through stores that offer quality products, speedy service and friendly, knowledgeable employees! In an effort to achieve that goal, we provide extensive service training to employees within our marketplace. We also provide outstanding incentives to keep employees motivated and performing at a high level. Performance is measured by third party mystery shops. We are happy to report that the majority of our stores are providing “Exceeds Expectation” level service!
There is always room for improvement, however, and we are interested in hearing your feedback….whether good or bad!
